Well, it's a 50/50 split. On some sites, the SMS is processed instantly, while on others, you wait until it's gone and then nothing happens. At least they refund the balance if it doesn't arrive.

Hello. If you don't receive an SMS within the first 4-5 minutes, it's likely you won't receive it, so you can cancel it instead of waiting for it to be automatically canceled. In this case, the funds won't be debited from your balance.
